Congratulations to DC’s Favorite Otter: Paul B!
After a week of voting, with 41 percent of the vote, Paul B, was the winner of the Metro Weekly and Otter Crossing contest held to celebrate the new Asian small-clawed otters unveiled earlier today at the National Zoo!
